Refund & Return Policy

At Master Muscles, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the following policy.

 

 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Returns must be made in-store or sent back via courier (delivery fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used supplements

• Products with broken safety seals

• Items marked as final sale

• Free samples or promotional gifts

 

 Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

• Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

 Important Notes

• Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

• Refunds will not be provided for items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
