How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
We deliver across Bahrain. Many orders qualify for same-day delivery. Standard delivery is typically 24 to 48 hours with a flat 2 BHD fee when free shipping does not apply, as stated on product pages.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Free pickup is available at our Jidhafs and Jardab branches when the pickup option appears at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, credit cards, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for unopened items with intact safety seals, per our Return and Refund Policy (last updated December 19, 2025).
Can I return an opened supplement?
No. We cannot accept returns once a supplement safety seal is broken or packaging is opened, in line with Bahrain health rules for dietary supplements.
What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and video. Rare accepted cases include wrong item sent, damage on arrival, or expiry before delivery date.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@mastermuscles.net with your order number, clear photos, and a video of the unopened product and shipping label. Do not send items back without prior approval.
How long do refunds take?
After we inspect the return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping may be deducted unless the error was ours.
Can I exchange a product?
The fastest approach is an approved return of the unopened item, then placing a new order separately, as explained in our policy.
Are flash sale items returnable?
No. Items bought during flash sales or with limited-time discount codes are not returnable under our policy.
