1. Shipping & Delivery (Within Bahrain Only)

We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the Kingdom of Bahrain. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Delivery Fee: A flat rate of 2.000 BHD applies to all orders across Bahrain.

  • Delivery Schedule: We deliver 7 days a week to ensure you receive your supplements as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

2. Local Pickup (Jerdab Branch)

You can choose to pick up your order directly from our branch in Jerdab. This service is free of charge.

Please wait for a confirmation message or email stating that your order is "Ready for Pickup" before visiting the branch.

3. Order Tracking

We do not offer automated real-time tracking through the website at this stage.

  • To check the status of your delivery, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Phone at +973 33971697.

  • Our team will provide you with an immediate update on your order's progress.

4. Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options to suit your needs:

A. Online Payment (via Tap Payments): We accept all major payment methods through the Tap Payments gateway, including:

  • BenefitPay & Benefit (Local Bahraini cards)

  • Apple Pay & Samsung Pay

  • Visa & Mastercard

B. Cash on Delivery (COD): You can choose to pay in cash directly to the courier upon receiving your order. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready if possible.

5. Damages & Issues

MASTER MUSCLES is committed to customer satisfaction. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
