At MASTER MUSCLES, we deal with health-sensitive products (dietary supplements). To ensure the safety of all our customers, we maintain a very strict return policy. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. The "Unopened Seal" Rule
Due to health and safety regulations, supplements cannot be returned or exchanged once the safety seal is broken or the packaging is tampered with. To be eligible for a standard domestic return:

The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original shrink-wrap/seal.

The packaging must be in the same condition as received (no dents, tears, or heat damage).
2. International Orders & Customs (Strict Policy)
Due to the complexities of international logistics and high shipping costs, international returns are generally not accepted unless the error is unequivocally ours.

Our Responsibility (100% Store Error): If we ship the wrong item or an expired product, MASTER MUSCLES will take full responsibility. We will work with you to provide a full refund, send a replacement, or issue store credit without requiring you to ship the item back at your expense.

Carrier & Customs Issues (Zero Liability): MASTER MUSCLES holds no liability for packages that are damaged in transit by the international shipping carrier, nor are we responsible for packages that are delayed, opened, confiscated, or destroyed by your local customs authorities.

Customer Satisfaction Settlement: While we are not legally obligated to provide refunds for carrier negligence or customs issues, we deeply value your business. If you experience such an issue, please contact us. We review these unfortunate situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a goodwill settlement (such as partial store credit or a special discount on a future order) to ensure you remain a satisfied customer.
3. Rare Exceptions for Domestic Returns
For orders within Bahrain, returns are only accepted in extremely rare cases:

Wrong Item Sent: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

Damaged on Arrival: If the product arrived with a broken seal or significant damage that affects the contents (must be reported within 24 hours).

Expired Product: If the product delivered has an expiry date prior to the delivery date.
4. How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
If you meet the criteria above, contact us at contact@mastermuscles.net with:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos and a video of the unopened product, the issue in question, and the shipping label.

A brief explanation of the reason for the request.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We strictly cannot accept returns for:

Any supplement where the outer or inner seal has been opened, tampered with, or inspected by customs.

Products sensitive to storage conditions (e.g., probiotics or certain liquid aminos) once they leave our facility.

Items purchased during Flash Sales or using limited-time discount codes.

Gift cards.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (to ensure the seal is 100% intact), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable. For domestic returns not caused by our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have (once approved), and make a separate purchase for the new item.
