1. Shipping & Delivery

A. Domestic Shipping (Within Bahrain)

We provide fast and reliable delivery services across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

  • Delivery Fee: A flat rate of 2.000 BHD applies to all orders across Bahrain.

  • Delivery Schedule: We deliver 7 days a week to ensure you receive your supplements as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

B. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to bring MASTER MUSCLES to you, wherever you are.

  • Dynamic Shipping Rates: International shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. The final rate depends on the total weight of your package and the destination country.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: MASTER MUSCLES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, local taxes, or clearance fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Import Regulations for Supplements: It is the customer's absolute responsibility to ensure that the supplements ordered are legally permitted to be imported into their country. We are not liable for any packages that are delayed, confiscated, destroyed, or returned by local customs authorities.

  • Delivery Timeframes: International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, chosen shipping carrier, and local customs processing times.

2. Local Pickup (Jerdab Branch)

You can choose to pick up your order directly from our branch in Jerdab. This service is free of charge.

Saturday – Thursday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday Closed 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please wait for a confirmation message or email stating that your order is "Ready for Pickup" before visiting the branch.

3. Order Tracking

We do not offer automated real-time tracking through the website at this stage.

To check the status of your delivery, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Phone at +973 33971697. Our team will provide you with an immediate update on your order's progress. (Note: For international orders, tracking links may be provided directly via the carrier once shipped).

4. Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options to suit your needs:

A. Online Payment (via Tap Payments):

We accept all major payment methods securely through the Tap Payments gateway, including:

  • BenefitPay & Benefit (Local Bahraini cards)

  • Apple Pay & Samsung Pay

  • Visa & Mastercard

B. Cash on Delivery (COD):

You can choose to pay in cash directly to the courier upon receiving your order. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready if possible.

Please Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is exclusively available for domestic orders within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

5. Damages & Issues

MASTER MUSCLES is committed to customer satisfaction. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
