Shipping, Delivery, Pickup & Payment Policy

This policy explains delivery, store pickup, international shipping, order tracking, and payment arrangements for purchases made from MASTER MUSCLES.

1. Delivery Within Bahrain

MASTER MUSCLES provides delivery across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 8:00 PM Bahrain time are eligible for same-day delivery.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

  • Product availability.
  • Successful order confirmation.
  • Correct delivery address and contact details.
  • Normal operating and delivery conditions.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM are processed for the next available delivery window and are generally delivered within 24–48 hours.

Exceptional circumstances such as public holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volumes, delivery disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

2. Bahrain Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery

The standard delivery fee within Bahrain is:

BHD 2.000

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on eligible Bahrain orders with a qualifying order value of BHD 20.000 or more.

Certain products, promotions, or items may be excluded from the free-delivery calculation.

The delivery option and final delivery charge shown at checkout are the final applicable amounts for that order.

3. Free Store Pickup

Where available at checkout, customers may select FREE Store Pickup from either MASTER MUSCLES branch.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is Ready for Pickup before visiting the selected branch.

Pickup Conditions

  • Pickup is free of charge.
  • Customers must select the correct branch during checkout.
  • Do not visit the branch until the order has been confirmed as Ready for Pickup.
  • Orders placed close to closing time may be prepared during the next operating period.
  • Branch hours may change during Ramadan, public holidays, special events, or exceptional circumstances.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is currently available to Saudi Arabia and selected GCC destinations where shipping is offered at checkout.

Availability, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time depend on:

  • Destination.
  • Shipment weight.
  • Available carrier.
  • Customs requirements.

The final shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties.
  • Import taxes.
  • Clearance charges.
  • Other fees imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Customers are also responsible for checking whether the supplements or products they order are legally permitted for import into their country.

MASTER MUSCLES cannot guarantee customs clearance and is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs procedures, local import restrictions, or fees imposed by foreign authorities.

6. International Delivery Times

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery time may vary because of:

  • Carrier operations.
  • Customs clearance.
  • Public holidays.
  • Destination-country procedures.
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The latest available delivery estimate will be shown during checkout or communicated where applicable.

7. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

Automated real-time tracking may not be available for every Bahrain delivery.

8. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Depending on the order and destination, available methods may include:

  • Benefit / BenefitPay.
  • Apple Pay.
  • Samsung Pay.
  • Visa.
  • Mastercard.
  • Cash on Delivery for eligible Bahrain orders.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders within Bahrain.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

9. Prices & VAT

Prices displayed on the Bahrain storefront are shown in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and include applicable Bahrain VAT unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable:

  • Delivery fees.
  • Discounts.
  • Taxes.
  • Shipping charges.

will be reflected in the final payable total shown at checkout.

10. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name.
  • Phone number.
  • Delivery address.
  • Pickup branch.
  • Other required delivery details.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
