Overview
Breathe Isotonic Energy Gel from Applied Nutrition is a ready-to-consume carbohydrate gel designed for endurance training and demanding exercise. Each 60g gel delivers 23.1g carbohydrates, 95.5 kcal and zero sugar. Its isotonic format allows you to take it directly from the sachet without additional water, making it convenient for running, cycling and other sports where carrying a drink is not always practical.
The formula combines maltodextrin with Applied Nutrition's Breathe Easy™ flavouring technology. Available in Blackcurrant and Cola, it provides a portable way to add carbohydrates during longer training sessions. Every batch is tested under the Informed-Sport programme for banned substances. Water is not required to consume the gel, but maintaining adequate hydration throughout exercise remains important.

The manufacturer recommends 1–3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise. The gel does not need to be consumed with water, but adequate hydration is essential. Not intended for children.
