Master Muscles is a sports nutrition retailer based in Bahrain. We sell protein, creatine, pre-workout, and related supplements online at mastermuscles.net and at our Jidhafs and Jardab stores.
Do you offer free shipping in Bahrain?
Yes. Orders over 20 BHD qualify for free shipping within Bahrain. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How does delivery work in Bahrain?
We deliver across Bahrain. Same-day delivery is available for many orders. Standard delivery is usually within 24 to 48 hours with a flat fee of 2 BHD when free shipping does not apply.
Do you ship outside Bahrain?
Yes. We deliver to Saudi Arabia and selected GCC countries. Delivery time and shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your country and cart weight. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Are your supplements authentic?
Yes. We stock genuine products from trusted international brands. Master Muscles is an official agent for selected brands such as Applied Nutrition, with products sourced through authorised suppliers.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Free pickup is available at our Jidhafs branch (Building 10, Shop 17, Road 81) and our Jardab branch (Road 2933, Block 729) when pickup is offered at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In Bahrain: Apple Pay, credit cards, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders. For international orders: online payment only (cards and Apple Pay).
